Specify an upstream proxy (specialist DeleGate or standard proxies) to which the DeleGate should forward requests. If dstHostList is specified, forwarding to the upstream proxy is done only when the destination host is in the list. Only HTTP, FTP, and Telnet specialist DeleGate can specify this parameter.
